What to include

The book and month you are looking at, and what you expected to see. If it concerns a particular entry, its date and amount are enough to find it. Please never send passwords, UPI PINs or card numbers — we will never ask for them.

Response time

Paisa is run by a small team alongside other work. Expect a reply within a few working days.

Reporting a security issue

Write to hello@easylancefreelance.com with “security” in the subject and please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else.
